Whitelist with auto changing server name [Req/Idea]
 

Hello, I have a growing server for csgo, its a hidenseek server with blockbuilder plugin, my admins find it hard to build blocks on the server while everyone is fooling around and dying, asking to help build etc..

So my idea is to have a plugin that triggers a whitelist(with a cvar whitelist_enable 1/0) on the server witch works with a configurable admin flag, allows for a customizable disconnect message for unwhitelisted players and auto kick of allready connected players when its enabled, endless warmup until its disabled, and a configurable server name as for when the whitelist is enabled.

Is there anything like it allready?
Would it be plausible?
Would anyone in here take their time and develop this?

Think theres probably a large span of mods that could benefit from this plugin, not only hns servers.
