[L4D] Death Toll tunnel block crescendo (v0.0.4, 2022-12-16)

This plugin blocks the tunnel entrance at death toll chapter 1, adds a mini crescendo in form of an explosion.
You really don't want to stand next to it, oh and don't let the rocks get you or they will incap you. Features: It will kill you. CVAR/Command list: None Changelog: 2022-12-16 (v0.0.4) Convert index to rev and vise versa to prevent crash 2022-07-31 (v0.0.3) Sometimes the tank didn't teleport, try with timer now... 2022-07-27 (v0.0.2) Teleport 1st tank to 1 of 3 random spawn points if the event wasn't yet triggert. 2022-01-02 (v0.0.1) * Initial release. Installation instructions: Click 'Get Plugin' button, place SMX in the sourcemod plugins folder. Or compile it yourself.
