VIP plugin and admin hp plugin
 

Hello scripters, i need help with vip plugin i want it to be created my server needs it :)
i searched in internet and all i found was ''vip mod'' but i need something like this: http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=92994
this would be awesome :)
and other thing what i need is admin hp, if someone gets admin flag ''something'' he will get like 300 hp every time.

and if there somewhere is plugins like i need please tell me :)
