This is a plugin with these two things only:
sm_timescale_version
sm_timescale <float>
use !timescale <float> or /timescale <float> in chat to control the timescale of the game(Cheat flag is required by admins to use this)

Tried it out and it's awesome :D. It can be used to train to kill hunters with melee...when they pounce on ya.

With this plugin the default timescale seems too fast.

@alex64 This plugin won't modify the default timescale unless you change it.

If I change the value, what is normal? Would normal be 1, and .5 be halftime?

The scale is 1 so 1.0 is normal 2.0 is double and 0.5 is half.
