[INS] No More Sliding Action For Bots v1.0

It has been issue for while that bot's can shoot while sliding :crab:
and people hated it, so i just made a quick fix ._.)

Hey mate, downloaded the plugin and I will check it out on my servers soon! Thanks for making it, I hope it works well.
One thing though, looking at the code, ever thought of making the CVar name "sm_ins_nobotslide" or something, instead of "sm_ins_no_more_sliding_action_for_bots" lol.
I think I might manually change mine now, but if you upload a new version, I will share that :)
