REQ: Translation file for AdvancedRules plugin by eyal282
 

Hey guys.
I was wondering if you could help me add a translation file for this plugin.

It works fine, but I need to translate the rules to Russian and Spanish and the plugin does not create a translation file.
There is another version in the comments, but it does not work.
Kindly help me, much appreciated.
