**Pump Knockback, v1.0 - by v3x & Chronic

Description:
This plugin throws a person backwards when they get shot by an M3 (pump-shotty). This is to simulate like in movies when they are shot by a shotgun and then thrown backwards. Backwards meaning the direction away from where the shooter is shooting from.
Cvars:

• pump_knockback 1
  Set to 0 to turn off.
• pump_force 10
  The higher the # the more knockback it will produce.

Required Modules:
Engine

Chronic did the stock function, so I shall thank him for that and also testing the plugin with me.

well if in real life you were shot by a shottie you would probably die lol...


but I have a question

Will the person who was shot face towards the shooter or maintain their direction when shot?

Have you ever watched movies like The Terminator and such? When they get shot with a shotty they fly back a bit.

As for your question ...

Say if you got shot from behind, you would then fly forward. If you were shot from in front, you would then fly backwards. Same thing with getting shot in the sides. If you get shot in the left side, you fly towards the right. Opposite when getting shot in the right side.

I know, you would get shot from the opposite direction, your would fly the opposite direction, but say their afk, and you shoot them from behind, will it change their facing to face you?

And they fly back in the terminator because they're made of metal, not skin and bones :P

Funny plugin v3x, thanks. People on our server love it and pumpgun-maps like ship_fight or pumpalley are nominated and played more often since installing it ^^ ;-)
