[ANY] No Water Damage

This plugin will disable damage being received from water when you're drowning. (being idle in water)

Cvars:
sm_nowaterdamage_version - Plugin version
sm_nowaterdamage_enabled - Enable plugin? [1 default]

Requirements:
SourceMod 1.5+ OR SDKHooks 2+.
