[CSGO] FastDL not working

I recently set up my own surf server for me and my friends to play on but realized that some of the maps wouldn't download due to the file size being to large. Realizing this I compressed all my maps into .bz2 files and uploaded them to google drive, then used drivetoweb to get a static url. I put the URL in my server.cfg (with quotes around the url) and tried connecting to my server. I was then greeted with the message "error: missing maps surf_beginner.bsp". Returning to my csgo folder, i noticed that the game had successfully download the .nav file though. Confused i went through so threads on here and saw someone had fixed it by removing the quotes in the from the url in the server.cfg. Doing this and attempting to reconnect resulted in errors when trying to download both the .bsp and .nav. This has been troubling me for the past few days and any assistance would be appreciated.

Here is a copy of my server.cfg:
sv_downloadurl https://drv.tw/[email protected]/gd/csgo
sv_allowupload 0
sv_allowdownload 0
net_maxfilesize 9999

Supposedly you can't use google drive for a fastdl for years now.

Then how would it be downloading the nav. And also i've hear of people using drivetoweb to get it working.

I would suggest posting in that thread, then. It looks like people are having hit-or-miss luck with it, so maybe one of the people who got it working can help.
