is Cs1.6 bullet speed affected by move speed
 

in cs1.6 : if i fire a bullet when running left ,is the bullet affected of inertia (i mean if the bullet go a bit left from my crosshair caused by my left moving ),or it still directed to the point on the screen of my cursor ?

It hits instantly, there's no travel time.

the shots are affected by lag and chock, and not by time or by speed or distance.
if you hold too much will also affect, the shots are scattered.
