yup or you can buy adobe photoshop for 1000 bucks or so if you want.

its the same photoshop, well its just called adobe photoshop in my eyes. and in google's eyes.

pay 40 dollars a month :/ meh. no thx. but maybe i will try the free version for 30 days. and just reinstall win 7 then do it again =)

I use Paint.NET. Working fine.

how? i tried it.

you cant save any vtf files on it, or if its vmt files.

Uhm... What's wrong with VTFEdit?

File -> Import eventually?
