Change cheat convars for client by command

Hello, can someone give me an example of changing cheat command by another? Like if I type !showclips command r_showclipbrushes on my client changed to 1.

Changing player settings is called slowhacking and is something that is not supported here. If you want to disable cheats, you simply set sv_cheats to 0. If it's something that is not covered by sv_cheats then it's not a cheat.
