Hello guys , can someone explain how to translate or decode this script or words ? (this is russian language copy-paste from the .sma)

i want something that can translate or decode this to a format that can be translated to english , i have searched on google but there were no clues or any solutions that can efficiently help , all that i found is that this is called : unicode

this usually happens when they copy and paste a plain text in the sma and lose their encoding... the translator translates it for me as symbols %s %s %s %i %s as if it were a format

try to open that sma in NOTEPAD++ , amxx studio translates the russian text to aliens words so Notepad will help
