on the new inferno people are spawning inside boxes, anyone have a fixed version of this

Try it for yourself, it is not difficult.

disable bots in your server.cfg.
load map.
use console, enter 'cssdm_spawn_menu', continue game.
a menu appears with all options to create spawnpoints.
