Nobody can't join the game

I have some problems with my server.

When somebody join's the game,the team choose menu is dissapearing and people can only talk,they can't join to the CT Team,T Team and Spectator's team.
I have 37 plugins on my server

It's most likely the 3rd or 5th plugin, "JoinTeam" or "Auto Join On Connect". Disable the plugin(s) and see if the issue persists.
