Working fine, now showing theme_c must be writable

Web console was working fine a few minutes ago then when I went in to pull it up again I am getting the following error:

Theme Error: /home/sourcebans/public_html/themes_c/ MUST be writable.

(copied from web page)

themes_c is in the folder themes directory not public_html directory

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, once again, I'm an idiot. I must have accidentally moved the folder when I was navigating via Filezilla. Would have deleted the posts if I could have.
