Server I visited changed the welcome message to not say SMAC but instead their own.

I thought it was pretty lame that they changed the "this server is protected by Sourcemod: anticheat" to "this server is protected by VPP anticheat"

I know how much work you guys do.

Well it is open source, they might've made a fork of it.

This is quite common with anything open source. There are servers that rename SourceMod and change the credits as well.

I think you can change it in the phrases or something.

I mean either way It's pretty lame to change it. I did call them out on it - hah.

Much respect to all the dev's who work on it. Way too much work in to not give credit IMO.
