[CS:GO] 24/7 Pistol Rounds

Hey, my first plugin and post. Searched online for similar plugins but couldn't find one. So I thought it could be a fun project to learn source mod and pawn. Should theoretically work for CSS as well, but haven't tested. I'll be sure to take any feedback, suggestions, and bug reports into account.

Description:
Resets every player's inventory and money (to what mp_startmoney is set to) after every round, emulating the pistol round.

Cvars:

• sm_always_pistol <0 | 1> : hooks and unhooks the plugin, defaults to 1.
