Stuck At Precaching Resource

I never had this problem before but from some days now when i connect to my server everything downloads perfectly but while connecting it just stucked there

What could be the problem ?

turn off every 3rd party plugins, restart and try to connect, then enable 1 by 1 and find the problem

No new plugins is added still this problem coming and also i tried deleting all the .ztmp files and it's downloaded successfully what could be the problem with these .ztmp files ? And how to make sure this problem never come again
