Where goes the bans!

Hello guys, I am new using SMAC and I want to know, when a player is banned to use for example aimbot, where goes the ban? banned_user.cfg? Iam just asking to prevent false bans and know where are the bans from SMAC

Might be added to your sourcebans if you have it or the banned_ip.cfg
