CSGO Rates

Hi,

Im having a few problems with loss

Sometimes servers goes to 1, 2 or 3 loss and then goes to 0

My current rates are this:

My bandwidth is 200mb
I have i9 9900k and processor when loss is 1 2 or 3 is always like 14% maybe less..

try max rate 128000
