[CS:GO] Bugs on panorama

If someone found a bug on the new panorama, reply here so anyone can report it to valve (maybe they will fix much sooner).

I'll start:

sv_nowinpanel - broken
mp_match_restart_delay - broken
mp_win_panel_display_time - broken

I don't think they will treat these cvars like motd :nono:
