Here's the first thing that came to mind playing source. Have phys models set at higher pushscale and when player shoots the model at another player the impact of the object takes damage and makes some blood. on/off cvar would be key so admin could only use it when he wanted. pushscale x ...and w/custom maps cfg it could be activated w/desired maps only. :D

yea!! and have like the barrells and tires do dmg too!! (i dunno if you meant that)
