[L4D2] Help to fix problems on map with stripper
 

We Don't Go To Ravenholm 2 https://www.gamemaps.com/details/2531

-Spots where there is fire placed in fixed spots deal way too much damage (all maps)
-Some infected ladders are broken on the train run event near blue portal (third map)
