!command to reopen MOTD

Hi,

is there a plugin that reopens the MOTD (or similar overlay) when a player types a certain command (e.g. !join)?

Isn't it just !motd?

EDIT: No it's not, but there's likely a plugin somewhere out there that makes that command.
