Ignoring threads

Simple question, is there any way to ignore threads with vBulletin?

Re: Ignoring threads

This would be nice.

Example 1: Some time ago, I replied on a very active thread (amx super or something like that..). This plugin is not interesting for me anymore, but everytime I browse through "View your posts", it's there. Would be nice to remove.

2: I don't want to see, if a new superhero was made. I would like to ignore the whole superhero forum when browsing through "View posts since last visit".

Re: Ignoring threads

As I read here, you wanted to integrate a function to hide forums. Not possible anymore?

whoa - took me a bit to come back to this post. Sorry Freecode.
Anywho, yah what I meant was I guess make it just like an anti-subscribtion thing where the index of whatever forum we are in only displays threads that are not marked as "ignore".
We have that available in the SomethingAwful forums but they wrote their own forum software so I'm sure its not as easy as pie to do. But thought I would put it out there as an idea either way.

Re: Ignoring threads

pendragon: this is on our TODO list but it's not in the near future. it requires a careful rethinking of how we organized the forums and how we want various areas to be displayed.
