Play multiple matches and then switch map?
 

Map typically changes at the end of the match with: mp_match_end_changelevel 1

How would I enable the server to run a few matches without changing until 2-3 matches have been played?

I was playing around with mp_timelimit, but it seems like that value resets every time a new match starts.
