Suspected of Speedhack

I'm asking this as an accused player and not someone who is using SMAC. I play CSS with a hotspot using Cricket(at&t) phone service. Rarely, when I cannot use the Cricket hotspot I use a family members Tmobile hotspot, but the latter is most often not stable for gaming. Well in this case I tried using the Tmobile hotspot to play in one of my favorite servers. An admin messaged me that SMAC suspected me of using speedhacking. Is there anyway to prove that I'm not? Or is there any info that may explain that hostpots could cause false positives? My ping was approaching 900+ and I couldn't even play so I left the game, it comes down sometimes, but not long enough for enjoyable play so I quit the game. No vac bans no other red flags. It's frustrating, especially because there's only a few servers that I can play with <100 ping and I do not want to be banned.

Thanks.

If that server owner doesn't know these are false positives, indeed because of the high latency, he should stop running servers/using this plugin.

Also in source games speedhacks have been patched since like 2012. Having a module that detects speedhacks is useless, especially when it has false positives.
