If you want to have a coder in your server, you need to post more information about the plugin you need to make.

Also this is AMX ModX section, you might want to post this request in the Sourcemod section

It's for a SURF server in CS:S and yes i have SQL database if needed
more info:
I got 3 things to do

1-Fix name color when title and chat color is activated ( yes i use chat module, not 3 differente pack made by panda) and fix many error that i can't understand or find a fix for it

2- Custom title plugin : players can use store to buy it, then choose what title they want by writting it into the chat box and they can chose the color they want

3-Rank system : Rankme is installed on my server, but this plugin need to be seperate of rankme plugin. Because this rank system plugin will be based on all time kill and time played on the server, then it will show in scoreboard OR chatbox ( i don't want both) what rank they are (rookie,amateur,skilled,pro, etc..) they can't reset it and if they reset rankme score this rank pluging will not be affected
