What kind of server?
For both, amxbans and hlstats are good c/p tutorials available, just search a bit and save your money.
Try to install it yourself first. If you have problems ask in the correct place. That's eigther offtopic (for hlstats) or the page where you downloaded the addon. General is only for problems with the base package of amxmodx and it's gamemods.
