i think its caused of plugin which uses too much stuff (cpu)...is it some sort of zombie server?

Is it not Zombie, Its Mod based on BombGame with a lot of message/hud

But it happens to me once in day, maybe I'll remove a reluctant PLUGIN number

Yea, it is caused by a plugin which is sending too much information to client in a short period of time. Disable all plugins, turn them on one by one and see which is causing that and post it here for additional help.
