Re: [HOWTO] Compile locally with custom includes
Do a search on your computer. On XP: Start > Search. Then type in the name of the compiled plugin. Search. And WHAM, you will find the folder that they are going to. :)

I would like to add my help for nOObs like what I was yesterday. If someone wants to compile a plugin from another mode, for example: "Zombie Mod". he'll need to compile in a scripting folder of an "HLDS" where the "mod" should be installed, or it must have the appropriate include inside! eg: I tried to download this http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=120462 the file will be too big, and may crashes the server I tried to download this too http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=136988 my internet explorer displays this: Quote:
therefore, just download the ".sma" file, have the appropriate ".inc" files in the include folder. then compile! help, to be helped! 8) |

Re: [HOWTO] Compile locally with custom includes
yeah thank you, I just read your post again and realized I already had it, I hit compile then and it only compiled the original 10 heroes, is this because I haven't put your plugin and colorchat in yet? I'm really new to this, like it sais looking for.sma all the time, the file I want to compile is an amxx file but it wont work with my current version.
Can I still compile this to work for my version of the server or can I only compile .sma's? |
