Auto record not working?

Hey all-

Has anyone else had issues with tv_autorecord 1 not working? I have put the below commands in my server.cfg but no demos are being recorded. Trying to have every match on the server record a demo. Any suggestions for a fix or a workaround would be appreciated!

tv_enable 1
tv_autorecord 1
tv_maxclients 0

Try to add it into sourcemod.cfg on my server it runs without any problem.
