Model & Rig problems.
 

Hello and good day to everybody; I've wanted to post one problem with rig from my friend: whenever he tries to rig something (usually on spy bones), model on hands just go crazy; that includes demoman too. So, can anybody help and say what is wrong with model, or possibly fix it?

I've posted the photos; really strange that they don't show up.
Is there any other way to post photos without image hosting?
