New to the forum and need help on starting a cs go dedicated served

Hello, i just signed up to the forum and it all seems good. Today as i was trying to make a dedicated server for cs when my friend tried to connect he would just get the disconnected after 10 retries and all in all he couldnt connect. The program i used to make the server is csgosl and i of course havent set it to lan only

It sounds like a firewall problem.

i am trying to make it work as a public server so my buddies can join and my firewal is disabled

Have you configured your router appropriately?
