Description:

When you write /w <text>, only people near you can read what you said.

Put in server.cfg

Commands:

sm_w <text>

For example write in chat: /w "hello my friend"

Hi there,

before I approve this, please change/correct both your OP description and ConVars description, as they doesn't mean much/are too confusing. Also, the term "ratio" should be changed for "distance" in most place, as it is misleading. More info : ratio

Code is correct, but the descriptions really doesn't help much.

Please change : It isn't even a valid english sentence. Put something like

"When you write /w <text>, only people near you can read what you said." or something similar.

Don't take it the wrong way, but I'm asking you to change this since it's the first (and almost only) thing people see of your plugin, and as it is, it doesn't mean anything and is a very confusing phrase.
