[CSGO] Chat colors menu

Hello,

there is a plugin from Shavit where you can set your own color in chat, but the problem is that plugin works only with old chat processor. I've decided to fix it for a new chat processor, though still not perfect, I am happy that I managed to do something like this with my little knowledge :D.

Compiling it requires chat-processor.inc
I added two .sp files, v2 has required flag B, vip has required flag A.

That is weird, I can compile it with newest compiler without any problem. I will upload the .smx file separately.

The forum does NOT compile plugins requiring third party include files (i.e. files that aren't shipped together with SourceMod in scripting/include/), and never have.
