Titanium Armor

Description
This plugin allows players to buy bullet-proof armor. This is similar to other bullet-proof armor plugins, but much more flexible, more user friendly and has more features.

Installation
Install like any other plugin. Cvars:
  • amx_titanium (default: 1) - turns titanium kevlar on or off
  • amx_titanium_cost (default: 2000) - how much the kevlar costs
  • amx_titanium_helmcost (default: 600) - how much the helmet costs
  • amx_titanium_penetration (default: 0) - how much bullets penetrate titanium, as a percentage (i.e. if amx_titanium_penetration is at 50 and a bullet would normally do 70 damage, it instead does 35)
Usage
Whenever a user either picks up or buys any sort of armor, a menu will be displayed asking them if they would like to upgrade it to titanium armor (see screenshot #2). If they picked up normal kevlar, the menu will ask them if they want to upgrade it to a titanium kevlar. On the other hand, if they picked up a kevlar and helmet, they will be asked if they want to upgrade it to a titanium kevlar and helmet. If they already have titanium armor, this message will not be displayed.

The stomach (HIT_STOMACH) and chest (HIT_CHEST) will be blocked by titanium kevlar, while the head (HIT_HEAD) will be blocked by titanium helmets. Any place that is blocked will produce a spark to help users realize that the person they are shooting at has titanium armor (see screenshot #1).

You could have a command to buy it for players who don't usually buy throught menus, but with binds.
You should add the possibility via a cvar to make players run slower when they have a titanium armor.

It detects when a person actually picks up the armor, not when they use a menu or anything similar.

I might make people run slower and have less gravity (or something similar to that).

Would you have to do it for every model? If you do, you can make it bigger and maybe we can attach it to the bone position of the player?

I don't know, if it's too much work it's probably not worth it.
