!coinflip for zephyrus store

Hi, can you guys make a plugin that we can flip coin?
For example you type !flipcoin 5000 it takes your 5000 credit and if you win you gain 2500(÷2) if you lose, you lose your 5000 coin.
As i said in title, should work with zephyrus store
