AlliedModders - adapt my CSDM

My MM rank is DMG and I love to play deathmatch/Headshot Only Mod. But it feels difficult for me to adapt my one tap playstyle I have while playing deathmatch to the competitive gaming.

I can´t really explain that to me, but in 5on5 I suddenly fall into spraying again, a playstyle I don´t like and that doesn´t really fit to me.

Guess this is a mind problem, but do you maybe know some tips to help me to force myself into the one-tap playstyle through the whole game?
