Hi

Iv been looking for a plugin cs1.6 or somehow to welcome every player that joins the server with a welcome ie

welcome "new player name " to "server name"

This message too come up in the chat messages area bottom left with all the other messages, a colour choice would be good also.

I sure its out there but I cant find it or anything like it, hopefully someone out there does know.

Here are some options. If you can find that that is close to what you want, it might be easy to add any extra functionality you might want. You might even be able to find some modified versions of the plugins in the thread by other people's requests.

Thanks but im not have a sound, i looking for and message to be displayed is the chat when someone joins like " welcome james.

In the chat when someone joins the server.

Oh, so you're not even going to try . . . that's a good way to get a bad reputation.

The first plugin (" GHW Connect Messages") in the link that I provided should do what you asked for. Just set the connect and/or disconnect strings and then set the flags properly. Based on your request, either a 2 or 3 should be what you asked for for cm_flags.
