As long as it is 2 weeks apart unless something critical, like a bug, crops up.

Bumping is not allowed, at least in theory. However, you can reply and bump if you add something meaningful.

OP, you can reply to let people know you just updated your plugin. Just don't do it 5 times in a single day.
