Bug Grenade and drop

Hi, recently I have been having a problem that when I jump from high places I fall very slow, as if I have the sv_gravity command on 400 but I have it on 800. If anyone knows how to solve this problem please.

And the other thing is that when I throw a grenade it deflects and throws with little force or little gravity.
