Seriously , Yesterday I was online for more than 4-5 Hours here and i didnt even notice that thread (Maybe because of its location)..

Seeing the priority of that thread i ll suggest moderators to highlight that or something ..
OR a POP-UP or dialog box when old user logs in..

I'm online everyday for atleast 13 hours, but I noticed that announcement today. I think every user should be inboxed about that announcement.

I received no such email. Are you talking about the email sent by a person not affiliated with this website, an email which was sent to the Valve HLDS mailing list?
