STEAM ID range ban

Hi all,

I need a plugin to ban a range of steam id, for example amx_banip nick STEAM/VALVE_0:2:000000000(8-10 digits), where even if something changes in the red zone, the ban should remain valid. I need this for those who use steam id changer.

Just make your server Steam only.
