xp mod problem

Hello,
I have now xp mod when i have health of lvl 2
and i go of a healer i get from 120 to 100 the health..
how is the action for my blockmaker to change the healblock.

Don't use the "Fail" Coded Xp Mod it just bug all other plugins.
