In Developer 1 console messages appearing on screen.

In non-steam CS 1.6 , developer 1 command unlocks fps but when it is used chat started to appearing on topleft corner of your cs , How to remove that because to sgs i use hud_draw 0 and those messages drop my fps making me stop sgs.
