Pokemod Help.
 

i want to build a POKEMOD and i have downloaded evey file that is here in the website like compiler and the others that you have to download which i think there are 6 files to be download, so i have no idea how to do it im trying to install to my dedicated server first so i know it works.
i want to change the pokemon too ,i want to add the newest pokemon from sinnoh and change their skill,
ill ether pay someone to do it or can you please tell me step by step!
