How to import bans from 1.4.11 into 1.6.3 ?

Hello,,

i tried to upgrade from 1.4.11 to 1.6.3 but it did not work, so i installed fresh 1.6.3. Is there any way i can import all the bans from 1.4.11 into the new 1.6.3?

Pretty sure he's talking about the bans within the database. Just run the updater.
