Admins can't access admins commands
 

Yesterday, I put the SourceMod of my server in MySQL, I added the new administrators, but many are in the Administrators table when entering the Server they are without permissions and need to use retry command 3x, and sometimes I have to use the sm_reloadadmins

I'm using the version 1.0.0.1409 of SourceMod, a mysql remote and in my console don't have errors.

In my folders have admin-sql-threaded.smx and sql-admin-manager.smx, i removed the admin-sql-prefetch.
